Bahan-bahan:
4 butir telur
170gr gula pasir
1 sdt emulsifier
170gr terigu
100 ml susu
100 ml minyak goreng
1/2 sdt vanili

Boklat masak
Butter cream secukupnya
keju secukupnya

Cara Membuat

Kocok telor dan gula serta emulsifier Hinga putih dan mengembang ,Kemudian Tambahkan terigu dan vanili, secara bergantian dengan susu dan minya ,Aduk hingga rata dengan.

Kemudian Olesi loyang yang akan digunakan menggunakan minyak goreng,lalu alas menggunakan kertas roti.
Tuang sebagian adonan kedalam loyang tersebut, kemudian kukus 10 menit, angkat dan tambahkan potongan coklat lalu masukan adonan yang tersisa kedalam loyang seingga menutupi coklat, lalu kukus selama 25 menit, hingga matang, kemudian Angkat dan dinginkan.

Setelah dingin Olesi permukaan kue dengan butter cream lalu taburi dengan keju parut.
